Castelli is the birthplace of many famous ceramist
who worked for the King of Naples and for
many nobles famillies in Rome.

The town of Teramo is located between the
rivers Tordino and Vezzola, as far as from
the Adriatic sea and from the Gran Sasso massive.
In the Roman period the latin name
was "Interamnia" (between the rivers).
