ATRI The town is located 400 mt. above sea level and it is one of the most important cities of the ancient world. It seems that from the latin Hatria (Atri) could be rised the name of the Adriatic sea.

CIVITELLA DEL TRONTO Civitella del Tronto, with the Fortress, is located at 645 mt. Above the sea level. The town, rich in history and charm, has a good view over the valleys Vibrata and Salinello and, on the otherside, over the Gran Sasso d'Italia, Monti della Laga and Montagna dei Fiori.

GRAN SASSO

CASTELLI Castelli is located between the torrens Rio and Leomagna below the "Monte Camicia" and it represents one of the most touristic area of the region. Castelli is the birthplace of many famous ceramist who worked for the King of Naples and for many nobles famillies in Rome.

TERAMO The town of Teramo is located between the rivers Tordino and Vezzola, as far as from the Adriatic sea and from the Gran Sasso massive. In the Roman period the latin name was "Interamnia" (between the rivers).
